1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (natural persons acting for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g., by mail or email) must be sent to LUVIK (lucie@luvik.eu) indicating the decision to withdraw from the contract. The use of the withdrawal form below is not mandatory but may be used.

Sending the statement within the withdrawal period will be sufficient to meet the deadline.

2. Effects of Withdrawal for Services

In the event of a withdrawal, the extent of the service performed will be assessed:

• If the service has not yet started, the full payment will be refunded.
• If the service has already been partially performed, it will be assessed whether a partial refund or cost calculation is necessary.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be incurred for the refund process.

3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal in Cases of Early Service Commencement

The right of withdrawal will expire early if:

• The service has started upon the express request of the consumer.
• The service has been fully performed and the consumer provided consent for the service to commence with the performance of the service.
